Accessing the Brokers Section

Once logged into your Artisgain Dashboard, navigate to the Brokers section. Here, you’ll find an organised interface that allows you to manage your broker accounts efficiently.

The section is divided into multiple tabs to help you track your applications:

• All – Displays every broker account you’ve added, regardless of status.

• Pending – Shows broker accounts awaiting approval.

• Approved – Lists accounts that have been verified and linked successfully.

• Rejected – Contains accounts that could not be approved and the reason for rejection.

Adding a Broker Account

To apply for cashback with a broker, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Add Account" button.

2. On the next screen, you’ll see two fields that need to be filled:

• Broker: Choose the broker from the available dropdown list.

• Account Number: Enter your broker account number accurately.

3. Click the "Add Account" button to submit your request.

Once you've submitted your broker account, it will appear in the Pending tab. This is where our team will manually verify your application, and your active role in this process is crucial. Your engagement ensures that your broker account is correctly linked and ready for you to start earning cashback.

Tracking Approval Status

After submitting your broker account, you must wait for manual verification. The status will update as follows:

• Approved: Your broker account has been successfully linked, and you are now eligible to earn cashback.

• Rejected: If there’s an issue, a message will appear next to your broker account explaining why it was rejected. Common issues include:

• "Sorry, this account does not exist under our IB." (This means the broker account was not created through our referral link.)

Exploring Available Brokers and Requesting a New One

The Brokers section also allows you to browse all available brokers and request new ones:

• To view a complete list of brokers, click the "See All Brokers" button in the upper-right corner. Here, you can compare brokers based on cashback rates, jurisdictions, minimum deposits, and available trading platforms.

• If your preferred broker is unavailable on Artisgain, you can request it by clicking the "Request a New Broker" button. This will open a form where you can provide details about the broker you want to add. Once you submit the form, our team will review your request and, if feasible, add the broker to our platform.

Final Tips

• Make sure your broker account was created using the Artisgain referral link. This is crucial as accounts not created through our referral link won’t be approved for cashback. Our referral link ensures that your account is correctly linked to our system, allowing you to earn cashback from your trades.

• Double-check your broker account number before submitting to avoid rejection.

• Use the filtering options and search bar to easily find your accounts and manage your approvals.
