ARTISGAIN “EXCLUSIVE TRADER WELCOME BONUS” PROMOTION
Effective Date: 17 February – 17 March (the “Promotion Period”)

1. Eligibility
   1.1 This promotion (the “Exclusive Trader Welcome Bonus”) is open exclusively to new ArtisGain clients (“Client” or “you”) who, during the Promotion Period:
   (a) successfully complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification; and
   (b) open at least one (1) active trading account (“Trading Account”) through ArtisGain that is confirmed to be under ArtisGain’s Introducing Broker (“IB”) structure.
   1.2 Existing ArtisGain clients are not eligible for this promotion.
   1.3 Each eligible Client shall receive a single $25 bonus credit (“Bonus”) applied to their ArtisGain account upon fulfillment of the above conditions.
   1.4 Only one Bonus per individual, household, or IP address is permitted under this promotion. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual or related individuals may be disqualified at ArtisGain’s sole discretion.

2. Promotion Period
   2.1 The Promotion Period runs from 17 February at 00:00 UTC to 17 March at 23:59 UTC.
   2.2 You must fulfill all eligibility criteria under Clause 1.1 during the Promotion Period to qualify for the Bonus.
   2.3 ArtisGain reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

3. Bonus Crediting and Verification
   3.1 The Bonus will be automatically credited to the Client’s ArtisGain account once the conditions in Clause 1.1 are met within the Promotion Period.
   3.2 KYC verification requires submission of valid identification documents in accordance with ArtisGain’s compliance procedures. Clients failing to meet KYC standards or found to be in breach of ArtisGain’s internal policies shall be disqualified from receiving the Bonus.
   3.3 A Trading Account shall be deemed valid and verified only if ArtisGain confirms, directly or through the relevant broker, that the account is indeed under ArtisGain’s IB structure.

4. Bonus Usage and Withdrawal
   4.1 The $25 Bonus is credited to your ArtisGain cashback balance, intended solely to help you reach the $50 minimum withdrawal threshold more quickly.
   4.2 Withdrawal Requirement:
   (a) You must generate at least $25 in additional cashback (rebates) before being eligible to withdraw the Bonus.
   (b) The minimum withdrawal amount from your ArtisGain account is $50 in total cashback plus any applicable Bonus funds.
   4.3 Time Limit for Fulfilling the Cashback Requirement:
   (a) You may continue trading and earning the additional $25 in cashback after the Promotion Period ends, but must do so within three (3) months from the end of the Promotion Period.
   (b) If you do not meet the additional cashback threshold within this three-month period, ArtisGain may, at its sole discretion, revoke or deduct the Bonus from your account.
   4.4 ArtisGain reserves the right to deduct the Bonus from your account if any withdrawal requirement is not met or if any fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
   5.1 ArtisGain reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to duplicate account registration, false personal information, or manipulative trading strategies designed solely to obtain the Bonus.
   5.2 If ArtisGain, at its sole discretion, deems any activity to be suspicious, it may:
   (a) withhold the Bonus;
   (b) remove the Bonus from your account;
   (c) block or close your account; and/or
   (d) take legal or administrative action as it deems appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability
   6.1 ArtisGain shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) related to your participation in this promotion, including but not limited to technical failures, broker-specific restrictions, or market conditions.
   6.2 ArtisGain makes no representation or warranty regarding the suitability of this promotion for your individual trading objectives or financial situation. You should seek independent financial advice where necessary.

7. Modification and Termination
   7.1 ArtisGain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
   7.2 Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the ArtisGain website. Continued participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of any such amendments.

8. General Provisions
   8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the ArtisGain General Terms of Use. In the event of conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to the promotion.
   8.2 This promotion is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArtisGain is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
   8.3 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all other parts shall remain in full force and effect.
   8.4 By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
